I have repeated requests to login when I try to open exisitng files.
I am sure there is a simple fix for this but I am not seeing it.
It is becoming quite frustrating so any help with this will be much appreciated.
What version of SketchUp? What operating system? Please update and complete your forum profile.

When you sign in to SketchUp on your computer a file is supposed to be written to record that action. Was SketchUp 2025 installed correctly? You could try installing it again
