Renewing subscription - no seat?

I want to renew my subscription but its saying I don’t have any seats allocated? There is only me, does anyone know how I fix this so I can renew?

Even is the seat isn’t assigned, one should be able to renew.
Check the member section to see which email address has ‘Product access’.
If you don’t see the member section, sign in with the email address that originated the plan in the first place.

The one that expires today is currently not assigned to anyone. As it is not set to auto renew, you may need to buy a new subscription.
