Does anyone know how to remove a licence on a computer that was formated? I had problems with my hard disk, so I was unable to remove the licence before instalation on a new hard disk.

Install again, activate license, deactivate license, done.

Usually applications use the MAC address of the network adapter in your computer to identify the machine so changing the hard drive shouldn’t make your license invalid.
if you wanna use the license on the same system (w/ a new HDD), deactivating the license is of course not required.
