Hi, I subscribed to SketchUp free to try out about 2 months ago. I then subscribed and paid for the shop version. I received confirmation via email. I then went to manage my account and assigned myself to shop. I can see in manage users that I am assigned to free AND shop.
I also see that under active apps that my shop version license expires in 2022. However when using the app it says it expires in 2021. When I go to https://app.sketchup.com/app and log in, it looks like I am in shop and the app seems to work ok with no issues.
My question is that I am confused as to weather my subscription for shop is or is not active on record until 2022 ( which is what it should be for my 1 year subscription) . How do I confirm there is no issue?
