Regarding Sketchup's 3DBI

Hello, I would like to ask, if I want to purchase a license for 3DBI for Sketchup, do I need to buy a Sketchup license, or can I use 3DBI for Sketchup free

Are you referring to this:

There’s a 14-day trial. After that you need a license. There are license options shown toward the bottom of the page.

Thank you for your reply. I would also like to ask if I need to purchase a license for my Sketchup if I use the 3DBI feature

Yes. You would need to have a subscription to SketchUp to be able to use the extension. Your profile says you have a Pro subscription for SketchUp 2024. Did you put incorrect information in your profile? Are you using a cracked version?

What operating system? 64 does not identify an operating system. What graphics card? 1 is not the correct answer for that.

Thank you for your reply! I came to inquire about the company’s needs first, and I haven’t started using Sketchup yet,I indeed put incorrect information in my profile.

Not really. Again the operating system and graphics card are not identified correctly.

Yes, you need a SketchUp subscription in order to be able to export your model to PowerBI.
You won’t need SketchUp if you have Revit or an Ifc file but you will need 3DBI for Revit or Ifc.
I ping @kengey as he is the developer of 3DBI.

3DBI for SketchUp (3DBI for SketchUp | KG-dev | INFORMAXYZ) is a SketchUp Pro extension. One thus needs a license for SketchUp pro.
Now, please notice that the 3DBI visual for Power BI (3DBI) can also load in .dae (collada) files, which can be created with a wide variety of 3D modelling applications.

Thanks you @rtches for the ping!
