I inadvertently used the trial version of SketchUp, despite having an active subscription registered under the name Milanko Kovačević. Unfortunately, I completed important work within the trial environment, and it is essential that this work be saved.

I kindly ask for your assistance in preserving and retrieving the data associated with my trial session. Please advise on the steps I should take to ensure that none of my work is lost.

first, this is not the support team. it’s a public forum.
if you need the actual support team, you need to go there :

your work is not linked to a trial or a subscription.
you can start with a trial, continue with a sub, and later open with free, without any problem.

does sketchup currently refuses to save ? are you using the desktop pro version or the web version ?
