About two-thirds of the file is nothing but zeroes. There’s nothing that can be recovered from the file.
That’s definitely a large part of the problem. Are you using a cr acked version of SketchUp 2022? That could also be a problem.
Update to SketchUp 2026 with a legit subscription license and then start again on your model.
