Random extra faces added

Your model had about six divisions in the quadrant, I just used a nice even eight. The segments of the bottom disk also align with the segments of the “ramp”. My input is more about modeling as cleanly as possible. You’ll have to be the judge of how many faces to use. You could use six, eight or eighty.

Here’s a very rough version using Curviloft to create the face of the lifter. Doing it this way, with copy/paste in place, ensures that your touching faces match.
Sorry if it’s a bit rushed and confusing, some things off screen and such, only had a few minutes to do it, but I’m sure you get the general idea.
If anything is unclear, ask and I can explain it later.

Ok thanks for that.The printing was already done by the time I’d seen this,but I’ll have a go at doing it this way if it’s not as I wanted it.
