Push pull does not create surface out of a mixed curved-line

Hello community,

I have to model the foot of a bookshelf. I used pushpull to cut away a portion of the sides, but I later found that a closing surface is missing.
I don’t know how to fix it: it’s not a disaster because the model is for me, but I’d like to learn better.
I attach a picture to better explain.
Thanks!

It looks more like you used tags for the faces and edges of the two objects you intersected, and then you turn off one of them, and the faces and the edges are now hidden.

You are right, I would have never found out. I don’t understand why this piece finished on another tag, but I will pay more attention in the future.

It is recommended in general, but especially for beginners not to assign tags to raw geometry (faces and edges), but only to groups and components.

ehm… I had no idea I moved them. I thought they were still part of the side group.
