Profile update issue

I have a new computer and tried to update my profile to show Windows 11 and a display adapter Intel UHD Graphics 730. It won’t update because some required fields are missing. Any idea which fields must be updated?

Hi Terry,

You should be able to just edit the operating system and graphics card model and save the changes. Can you show a screen shot of what you are seeing?

Did you put anything in the License Type?

I didn’t because none of the drop down options seemed to apply.

I think you just have to pick the fee web version. They really need to add an optionfor SketchUp Make since many people are still using it.

I selected Sketchup Classic and that worked.
