When I have sketchup open (2019) I cannot type a capital A (Shift + A) in other programmes (Word, Outlook, InDesign etc). I have to engage the Caps Lock and then type A. Cannot find anything on the Community about it…… TIA.
Have you tried a different keyboard?
Have you tried cleaning your keyboard?
Are you running a scripting program (like AutoHotKey) that redirects cap-A to some other purpose?
What happens if you do try to use a capital A in SketchUp? What are you doing when you want to type one?
