Problems updating SU 2025 toolbars

I am running SU 2025 and am having some problems. I have been trying to update the toolbars but it seems my updates ate not taking place. In particular, I am trying to remove the Shadows toolbar and add the Sandbox toolbar. I have tried several times but the changes are not happening.

Here is what my license information looks like:

Why does it say beta?

I need some advice on how to solve this problem.

It’s hard keeping up with you. Did you see my reply to you on the Sketchucation forum?

Because that is probably what you are using. There are no Classic licenses for sale. To use your subscription, if you have one, remove the Beta license, switch to the Subscription Plan tab and login to your account.

Your problem is probably unrelated to your license. Have you multiple monitors or have you disconnected a monitor?

because at some point you installed the beta version. and it’s valid until late june.

by clicking on subscription you’ll find the infos on your actual subscription.

huh. does it count as double post ?

DaveR said that because I have been posting the same problem on SketchUcation forum.

After all of the years using SketchUp, I have never gone through this kind of problem before, and I do not understand what has triggered this. Normally, when I start SketchUp I have to login first. That has not been happening the last few days and I am now totally confused as to how to get things back to normal. It seems that no matter what I try, I am not really making progress.

OK guys, here is what I am seeing when I try to start SketchUp

when I go to Manage Accounts, here is what I am seeing:

It appears that the first account is the correct one. I have not been able to delete the second one. I am not being required to “sign in” and this appears to me to be the root of the problem.

well you’re already in.

normally, you’re supposed to deauthorize all (in both accounts if you have the option to) then log out and then back in.

Any time I try to start SketchUp, I get this screen (even though I had seen the screen that said I was logged it to all things SketchUp):

yes.

on this screen, if you click on “manage activations” you can then look for sketchup pro in your products and there, deauthorize all .

then, you go back to sketchup, you click on the small silhouette top right with the green symbol, and you log out. and you log back in.

if you’re logged into other versions, log out then back in there too. .

I thought I had tried signing out of/deauthorizing the accounts. I went back through the whole process again and get this message:

However, ever time I try to launch SketchUp 2025 I get the screen that tells me to Manage Accounts. Nothing seems to be working any more. I guess I will just have to quit. !!!

I still cannot login to SketchUp Pro. I have tried everything I can think of/have read about. So, currently I cannot do anything with SketchUp Pro 2025. I REALLY need some help!!!

what’s odd is that your beta (classic) licence should take priority.
the whole point is that it allows you to try the beta without having to log in and out of your other versions.

you might want to add an issue on centrecode, maybe they can look at it too ?

What is centrecode?

It’s the forum you use when you are taking part in prerelease programs with SketchUp.

What is the url?

If you don’t know the URL are you even in the Beta program? It’s the same where you download release notes and updates.

I do have a link to earlyengagement and I can log in there.

I am just cannot log into SketchUp Pro 2025. This started late last week and I cannot solve the problem. I did go to the SketchUp Pro contact and sent an email but have not heard anything back from anyone.

I REALLY need/want some help but do not know what to do next.

I sent you another message and I also tried to contact customer support. I am currently locked out of SketchUp and cannot get ANYTHING to work.
