Problems linking viewports from SketchUp 2025 to LayOut

My links don’t work when I try to change scales or scenes! I’ve completely rebuilt my templates in both SketchUp and LayOut 2025, but nothing works. I’m seriously considering going back to the 2024 version so I can get my work done.

Changing the graphics engine shouldn’t have any impact on linking the model viewports.

I contacted the distributor here in Brazil, and they told me that other users are reporting the same issue. I tried everything — moved the files to a different hard drive, created a brand-new template in SketchUp 2025 with minimal drawing data, reinstalled the program three times, changed the viewport style in LayOut — and nothing worked. The only thing that actually worked was changing the graphics system. I tested it with my full projects, using the same templates I had previously created in SketchUp 2024, and surprisingly, it worked.

Thank you, we were experiencing the same issue, changing the graphics setting made the crashing stop.
