Bonjour,

Je n’arrive plus à me connecter alors que j’ai renouvelé mon abonnement pour un an au mois de septembre 2025.

Comment dois-je procéder ?

Try signing into this page:

[https://ecom-prd.trimblepaas.com/account/organization](https://ecom-prd.trimblepaas.com/account/organization)

Go to the Members section, and see if you are in the list of members. Click the three dots at the end of the line, and try to change the product access. Make sure you have access.
