Why sketch up download form take my valid gmail as invalid?

I am trying to download sketch up by the use of my Gmail id but when I enter my Gmail id then an error message is generating that it invalid mail id, Please suggest me what should I do. Once, I forgot my Gmail password then I Recover Gmail Password after contact with Gmail Support team.
