Problem with solid, Solid Inspector2 can't help. What to do?

Hello, I have a model that doesn’t want to be a solid. Used SolidInspector2, and it says there is 1 surface border and 20 internal face edges. I have to fix the hole(s) in the mesh, but I just can’t find them. That is a problem, I really do need the volume.
How does one find holes in a mesh systematically, hence successfully?
If you want to have a try, please do so, the model is attached to this message.
Thank you all for your resposnses.
Regards,
Marc.

A solid can’t have a no thickness face, you need to resolve how that outer edge works.

hello, simply delete the outline.

FWIW, if you click on the error in Solid Inspector2’s panel, the problem will be highlighted.

You should also correct the face orientation on the bottom. There should be no exposed blue back faces. Once the surface border issue is fixed Solid Inspector2 will alert you to the reversed faces.

Correct face orientation is important.

Thank You, Thank You! So, SolidInspector gave me a precise indication of the problem, but I didn’t undestand it.
I made all changes you suggested, and the problem is completely solved. Thank you, again.
Many Regards,
Marc.
