i saw some threads about this problem but i understood that security update that i must removed is on win10 v16
now im on win 10 v17 and i did not found that update to remove!
i update my graphic card too but not solved!
can any one help me? 
Edite : if you are on nvidia graphic card
just open control panel of nvidia and iproce 3d setting of sketch
work like a charm
