Hi! I have a problem with rendering this model- as you can see on an image something strange happens with the leaves. I have no idea how to turn off this white background.
I downloaded it from 3D Warehouse, its name is Green screen wall, by Alexx C.
I’m quite new in using V-Ray (I have version 3.4 and Sketchup 2017).

Have you reached out to Chaos Group? They have a forum that may get you an answer…
You have to choose “Use color texture as transparency” in Diffuse section, because leaves are made as png texture with transparency.
Chaos Group forum is difficult to use. After registration, You cannot post anything. I did not find any information how to get rights to participate in discussion.
