I changed the language in the 3D warehouse to Russian (Russian),and then in the warehouse a white screen,nothing but a white screen!To change the language can no longer,and although probably not needed,I will try to reinstall!

Yes, but that shouldn’t be. We get white screen for a lot of reasons on PC, but we can’t totally reproduce them, with the exception of turning off Javascript in IE. Another solution is to remove the file cookiejar.xml and restart SketchUp (see other threads in this forum).
You can always go to https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/ in a browser if this happens again
