Hi, I’m having trouble opening a file. Is there any way to recover the entire project? When I try to open the file, I get the message “Failed to open the document.” The project was also attempted to be opened in MicroStation, but nothing was displayed. ---

Looks like your file is missing a bit of critical data. It might be the @colin can get something from it but I wouldn’t hold my breath. I’d go ahead and restart the model file. Where were you saving the file while you were working on it? Were you also saving a copy of the model to your Trimble Connect storage? ---

Some of the end of the file is missing. I can’t tell how much is not there. Do you have the .SKB backup file in the same folder as the .SKP? ---

You should be doing so to create an additional backup. Presumably you have an EDU license for SketchUp so you get free storage on Trimble Connect.
