Can anyone tell me what is going wrong with this and why??

did not upload the file i thought I had.
does not scale correctly and size does not relate to input size
You are not controlling the length of the infill lines, you’re letting them scale randomly I think?
Try setting their Lenx like this:
Lenx=Arrow_Line!LenX-2*Arrow_Line!Arrow_Len
