Problem about subscription

I bought a subscription for one year and now it won’t let me enter the application and tells me that I have to buy again.

I need a quick response and a solution. because I have work to deliver

When did you do that? From whom did you purchase the subscription?

If you purchased from a reseller contact them directly. If you purchased directly from Trimble, start a support ticket at https://help.sketchup.com/en/contact-support so you can get some assistance. Keep in mind it’s Sunday so it’s probable that you won’t hear anything from Customer Support until they are at work.
