Printing offset - Layout 2021

Hi, My prints on Layout, whether printed directly or exported to PDF, are offset such that the left and right margins are different.

I have checked the document set-up settings and the margins are noted as equal.

Any ideas please?

Does the printer page size match the page size defined in Document Setup and Print setup?

I’m contacting the printer manufacturer’s support team.
