I found this Sherwin-Williams .jpg color swatch collection. (Downloadable Color Palettes - Sherwin-Williams) I there any way to convert them to .skm? There’s 1,526 of them.
Have you searched the 3D Warehouse? I think you can find what you need there and they are already skm files.
There is a mass material importer plugin I can hunt up if you want but it’s easier in this case to use the Warehouse.
I had not searched the 3DW, but right after I asked that I found this place … Brand specific products - Modlar … And they have the Resene line (among other things) available for Sketchup.
I did run across the mass material importer, but I’ve never installed a plugin “that way” and a comment made me believe that the Ruby such and such might have changed… Sorry for my noviceness.
These others (Brand specific products - Modlar) super easy to download, throw in folder and open collection.
Thanks. Still poking around here
I haven’t installed the Mass Material Importer for a number of years but I think it will still work. It does need a little package update so it is easier to install.
Still, not much point in using it when there are alternatives. From the warehouse you can choose batches of Sherwin-Williams colors or pick individual ones.
One can mass import many file types into SketchUp via this plugin…
Import ALL from Folder v1.6 — SketchUp Plugin by TIG
But as @DaveR says, [quote=“DaveR, post:4, topic:26763”]
