Is it possible to have AFC snap to 90-degree compass directions?
Or is there another approach I’m not seeing? How would YOU set up symbol items that properly orient themselves regardless of rotation?
I have a collection of symbols for electrical items, that I would like to face the camera so no matter which wall it’s on, it’s always easy to read.
You can do double (nested) Face Me components, but that half-broke with New Graphics Engine in that it doesn’t update automatically until something is edited. You can also put differently oriented symbols on different tags - like plan symbols on a tag for just plan symbols, and elevation symbols on another tag just for elevation views.
Would a ‘glue to’ component help here, so you always stick it to a wall?
