Podium Browser SU2025

Whenever I try to open Podium Browser, the screen goes completely white and it doesn’t start. This start to happen a few days ago. Until then, it always worked fine. Attached the screen shot. <i would appreciate some help.

Could you show the Ruby Console? You can get that from the Extensions/Developer menu. Show that, and then try Podium. Hopefully whatever errors are happening will show in Ruby Console.

Ruby Console is totally white, too.

I’d suggest deleting the web cache folder

Close sketchup

  • on your keyboard press Windows key + R to open the “run” window
  • Paste in :
    %appdata%/SketchUp/SketchUp 2025
    press ok

There is a folder here that starts with “webcache”

Delete this whole folder.

Try SketchUp again
