Plus spec And BIMUP

Hi All,
I would like to know if someone knows, or use , PlusSpec and BIMUP.

For Plus Spec I have seen some tutorial, but I would like to know people impression, as I have seen price, and just one week of free trial.

Aboit BimUP I got links, directly from the site, to download some tutorial and explanation, but Avast Security warning me about a probably Pishing pages.

I’ve never heard of BIMUP, is that also a SketchUp extension?
