LayOps generates a copy of a Layout document with some transformations. The first transformation published is about Dimensions, in particular Dual Dimensions.
The process is as follows:
1. Select the original Layout document. This document will not be touched by the process.
2. Choose options for specifying the path of the generated Layout document as well as the unit system for the dimensions and the type of transformation (dual units or substitution of units).
3. The new Layout document is generated
IMPORTANT: The generated document is a copy of your original document with the requested changes of dimensions. You are NOT SUPPOSED to work on the generated document; the main reason is that the dimensions (dual or substituted) are no longer auto-text. Everytime you make a change to the original document, you may regenerate the document with the change of dimensions. This is fast and automated.
