HEY LAYOUT DEVELOPMENT TEAM….FIX THIS!
WHEN FLIPPING IN LAYOUT, EVERYTHING (GRAPHICS, DIMENSIONS) FLIPS EXCEPT TEXT READS BACKWARDS AND TEXT WITH LEADERS GET ALL F’D UP.
I SEE NOT MANY REASONS, IF ANY, WHY THE TEXT WOULD WANT TO READ BACKWARDS.
PLEASE….PLEASE….PLEASE…..FIX THIS!!!

The shouting was intentional. I’ve tried typing at an reasonable volume for 10 years with this topic. Figured I’d try being loud.
It only brings to mind a certain demented president.
I may be that demented after having to cope with this for a decade.
Also, let’s focus on my use of caps, rather than the LO issue….very helpful.
I can think of a few legitimate uses of flipped text - for instance, printing on a clear sticker to be used on glass, so if this were implemented, it should be as an user option. I am all for more user options, but not for taking away something seen as a bug that others have seen as a feature. Taking advantage of view clipping for interior elevations as an example.
Yes it could be a feature request. I don’t mirror / flip plans enough for it to affect me though.
