Hi all, thanks for letting me join the group. I am decent with SU but not a pro by a long shot. I understand the text tool, but I want to place a label on a component that will adhere to the component. I have watched several YT vids but they use the callout lines and the tect is not placed directly on the component. What am I missing in doing that? For instance, I do woodworking project and want to label components A,B,C etc. How to do it.
Use 3d text tool to do this in SketchUp, or use Layout and use a leader
