My Places Shapes Toolbar by Alex Schreyer as stopped working it was working fine, I’m on Windows 10 and using Sketchup Make 2017 any suggestions please !!!

I assume your attached JPG shows the toolbar with the expected buttons…
When you say the toolbar has stopped working, what do you mean exactly?
e.g. when you click on a button nothing happens, or there’s an error message?
Do you see the tooltips for the buttons etc?
Please open the Ruby Console, then click on a button in that toolbar and copy/paste any error messages you might see in the Console, back here…
These messages might help us [or Alex] to narrow down the cause[s]…
