Perspective zoom trouble

#1

I’m not sure what I did to cause this, but whenever I zoom in on something, it starts to disappear as if its not there. I believe what is happening is supposed to be normal, but not at this level.

tWhat I will have is everything will look normal, until I zoom in and get this:

The gap between those stairs is 6 feet, whereas before this type of problem wouldn’t occur until i was looking at something an 1/8th of an inch wide. Any help you can offer to fix this would be great.

It’s ‘Clipping’, you can search up the several responses and suggestions to avoid this in this forum or Google.

None of the methods on this page (http://help.sketchup.com/en/article/36261) worked. Model is not too big or small, nor too far from the origin, nor have any parts far away, and the field of view is still 35 degrees.

can you post the model?

Have you used the advanced camera tools? They are known to cause this depending on their placement and settings.

#6

Yes, I have. Is there a way to undo that?

#7

How do I do that? I’m rather new to sketchup.
