I made this feature request years ago, but it went nowhere. What would be great is if the PDF Export options from Layout were persistent from session to session. I ALWAYS export with Medium quality and uncheck both boxes for Show in Viewer and Layers. The next time you open a file or close Layout and reopen the settings go back to the default. Given that I export dozens of PDFs a day sometimes, this is very frustrating and time consuming.
