Password reset code not reaching my email

I have a paid account for Sketchup Pro. Trimble intercepts my product launch with a request to give it my username and PW. It has the right email, and I have not changed my password. When it asks me for a validation code, no validation code shows up in my email.

Seems like quite a few Mac users have this issue because they signed up with their Apple ID and used Hide My E-mail when they did so. Is that what you did?
