Paint Bucket issues

Hello all,
I am having trouble with my paint bucket tool when I click on it the box does not open. all i have is the bucket icon instead of my curser but not tool box to choose colors or patterns. how do I get it to open.

It might be open but off screen, try Window>Preferences>Workspace, rest Workspace.

Have you got the default tray open?

no… i tried opening that but nothing and closed it
