# Outline Around object

Following up on this [thread](https://forums.sketchup.com/t/remove-hide-dashed-lines/129365), how can I keep or add an outline around major forms? For example, notice how the flower shapes have an outline.

View\>Edge Style\>Profiles  
Profiles will show lines at the exposed edges.

The major forms are softened and do not have shown edges. You could undo the soften/smooth but the forms would look like this:
