Mine says TLS 1.2 is there. How are you testing that?
https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/ is supporting apparently TLS 1.1/1.2 when utilizing a standalone browser, however I cannot sign in from within SU (apparently using an IE window) with TLS 1.0 off and TLS 1.1/1.2 on in the IE settings. WithTLS 1.0 on in the IE settings the login from within SU then works
