Optimum UTC code for direct overhead sun?

What may be the optimum UTC code for having the sun straight overhead for a rendering?

UTC isn’t especially important for getting direct overhead sun. Latitude is. Easiest is probably to set the latitude for the Tropic of Cancer and set the date to Jun 21 at noon.

Model Info>Geo-location>Set Manual Location…

Note, the longitude doesn’t matter nor does Country or Location.
