I have Sketchup in finder on my mac. It used to be in my docking station but no longer appears. When I click in finder it opens as a free trial and won’t allow me to open. What am I DOING WRONG?

Go here:
Download the latest version.
Double click on the file it downloads.
Install it per the instructions.
When you open it the first time it will ask you to sign in. Use the email and account details for your subscription.
Beyond that, without seeing a video of what you are doing or being able to look over your shoulder… it’s hard to say.
whether you have it in your dock or not doesn’t matter, as you can find it in finder (the dock is only a shortcut). So it’s installed.
(to add it to your dock, drag it from the finder to the dock. it’ll stay there.)
looks like one of two situations.
either your subscription is over, that’s why it’s offering a trial (or not, if the trial is over)
or you logged in using an incorrect account. Maybe you have 2 trimble accounts, with 2 separate emails. Open sketchup, log out, and then log in using the “right” account.
