Hello all,
I am not a pro user and use sketchup maybe once a year for a project.
That said, I still use sketchup 8. Have the license and layout works. I am helping my Cousin, (he is using 2016) and I can not open his files. I downloaded/installed Eneroth Open Newer Version but nothing appears on my screen to open anything newer.
I am not opposed to upgrading but do not care to pay a subscription for my infrequent use. Everything works well for me now so upgrading anything is always a worry.
Every post/article i have read if from long ago not does not work for me… Is the easiest to save (working in 2016) the file differently so i can open it?
Is there a link to simple instructions i can forward to my cousin?
