EDGEBANDING EXPORT ISSUE
Hi, wondering if anyone has any experience with exporting complete DXF sheet cutting pattens. (including edging subtraction & boring)
I am producing a cabinet in OCL, containing both sheet material and edge banding, when exporting cut pattern all drilling data (boing holes) disappears from svg/dxf files. when edge banding feature removed all boring data is visible on exported files again.
Can anyone help with this export problem?
Hi,
Displaying part shape is disabled if edge banding reduction is enabled. Both features are not compatible. Edge banding simplify parts as rectangle but part’s shape can be more complex.

Thank you for clarifying. Great work with this plugin!
Just on another note, in regards to exporting DXF, I’m having some trouble having the correct boring depths/diameters appearing correctly. Has anyone experienced this before?
When creating an 18mm panel with a variety of boring depths and diameters, all boring always appears/cuts at 10mm deep regardless of model design.
Is there something I can do better, to have them appear correctly?
Hello @BespokeInterior ,
Can you share me an SKP file that shows the problem?

Hello,
Thank you for the files.
To export part drawing as expected, you have to set the Merging mode (docs) to Outline + Drilling + Merge in the cutting diagram export configuration.
With this setting, OCL will separate the through holes and the part outline into 2 specific layers in the exported DXF.
So all circle holes will be removed from the layer 0.
