[Oob] How to install and use Oob-layouts extension

I am having difficulty installing Oob layout after a purchase.

What is Oob layout?

I use Oob not Oob layout. Installation is done by placing the plugin in the plugin folder.

I find the tool very usefull. We have customised the components to fit our marked.

I found out about Oob Layouts for Sketchup in the extension warehouse. The information I saw is copied below

"Stephane O is the developer of Oob layouts. It is a commercial plugin and will cost $29.00. I see somehow I now have it installed. I now must learn to use it.
