Omnibar search is buggy

Hi!

Was trying to use SketchUp for Web for a personal project today, and I notice that if I type in “dimension” into the omnibar, I get the Protractor tool, rather than the Dimensions tool. This has tripped me up several times already.

  • “dimensio” - Dimensions tool is first :slightly_smiling_face:
  • “dimension” - Protractor tool is first, then Dimensions tool :frowning:
  • “dimensions” - Dimensions tool again. :slightly_smiling_face:

Clearly I want the Dimensions tool when I type “dimension”.

Until they change it, don’t bother typing the entire word. Or use the keyboard shortcut instead of going to Search in the first place.

Well, you know what amateurs the web team are! You should come back and sort them out.

Do you get what you expected if you search for ‘ted’?
