Old bug in UI::WebDialog documentation

On page UI::WebDialog it says “If your goal is to simply display a website to your users, consider using UI.getURL” but that method doesn’t exist - it should be UI.openURL

I did a Google search, and @thomthom reported the same fault exactly 7 years ago! :disappointed:
