We are a school using Google Education Plus. We completed the required setup through the Google Admin console to make the app available to all users. However, when users try to log in on a Chromebook, they keep receiving a “Need Help Getting Access?” pop-up message.
We have reviewed and rechecked the Google Admin settings multiple times, and everything appears to be configured correctly. Could you please advise on what might be causing this issue and how we can help our users gain access?
Thank you
@CaseyG is the person that can help you. I pinged him for you..
Might take untill after the weekend of course..
Thanks for the @ to get my attention and sorry for the delay in my reply. I am happy to assist you @henok.andargachew .
To know for sure what the issue is I need a few things from you. First I need to know what your domain is and if you are a higher education school or not. I could also use a screenshot of the developer mode console when the error message pops up as that helps me narrow down the cause of the error a lot faster. Finally, a link to your school website would be helpful.
Anyway, let me know what I need and I can help get you up and running.
Hi Casey,
Thank you for reaching out.
We are a K-12 school and our domain is icsaddis.org.
Please find attached developer mode screenshots.
Thank you,
Henok
Hi Casey,
Any update regarding our issue?
Thank you,

Hi Casey,
We still have the login issue. Any recommendations as to how we can resolve this issue?

Hi @henok.andargachew , thanks for the post and sorry for the delay in my reply.. I was out sick the last week and am still getting caught up on my posts and emails. I verified everything is working on our end and manually added your domain to our database to ensure tthaat you are not getting blocked. Can you post a screensshot of the developer mode again but this time can you please make sure you have the console tab open rather than the network tab? I may be able to get some additional info from that to narrow things down faster.
