I still cannot import those stairs into my complex model. I keep getting the blue bounding box that you see with the attached screenshots. I’ve tried just about everything in CHATgpt and it does not help.
The latest instructions from CHATgpt include this: * Before clicking Import, look in the lower right corner of the window for “Options…”
- Click Options…
- In the Options dialog, check the box for:
Import as component.
See my third screenshot. It says Cancel & Import but no “Options”.
Where do I find the options?

Instead of relying on AI, did you try using the advice you received in the other identical thread where you asked for help?
Have you checked the tags associated with the model and their visibility?

Just to understand this forum a little:
- the forum is made up of users, who are people from all over the world;
- the messages (threads and posts) you post in the forum are seen by anyone, even those who are not registered users in this forum;
- the answers you receive are from users (people registered in the forum).
The solution that was indicated to you in the first thread that you created for this stair problem was given by the user Box.
In this second thread that you created for the same stair problem, I, mihai.s, answered you, indicating Box’s post and showing you in the picture what and how to check/do.
For the future, read carefully what is answered to you each time, try to understand and if you have any doubts, say that you did not understand and you will probably be answered again, by one or more users, who will try to explain it to you in a different way.
