After years working through traditional architectural workflows — from AutoCAD to Revit — our team in Vietnam decided to rethink the entire BIM process.
In this video, I’ll share how we use SketchUp as the central platform for large-scale architectural projects, supported by Trimble Connect as our CDE environment, Lark Suite for communication and project management, and the 5D+ ecosystem developed to optimize modeling, coordination, documentation, and workflow automation inside SketchUp.
Our goal was not simply to replace software, but to build a more flexible and human-centered workflow — one that improves collaboration, reduces unnecessary complexity, and creates a healthier working culture with more creativity, more happiness, and less pressure from rigid deadlines.
This presentation is based on real projects and real experience from Vietnam.
