No access to full Sketch up version

Hi all

I paid for an new and ongoing annual subrsicription July 25 and my accouint is showing i dont have a paid subscription anymore yet i had been using the tool last week!Seemingly i can only access the free version without tool trays and dimension box?

What operating system are you using? What graphics card? Your profile says you are using SketchUp 2020. Please update and correct your forum profile.

Did you download and install SketchUp 2026?

Think im on 2023 are there not automatic uppdates?My account page doesnt show any subscription.

To SketchUp? No. You have to intentionally install new versions when they are released. And no, there’s no automatic update to your forum profile. This is what it shows currently.

You need to add yourself as the user. Did you purchase the subscription through a local reseller?

The screen shot you show does indeed indicate you have SketchUp 2023 open on a PC.

When did you install SketchUp 2023? Have you been using it for a long time?

Yes, ages..I dont understand what has changed as i never had a issue previously.I tried to download 26 version but it wont start downloading just returns to the menu.

Also paid through trimble i have their invoice from 07/25 annual subscription.

It looks like you have an EDU subscription, and it is assigned to your .com.au email address, not the gmail you use in the forum. Try signing in with the other email.

An EDU subscription wouldn’t be appropriate for commercial use, correct?

Is it possible Paul has a Pro subscription linked to his business gmail address?

I did see another Pro subscription, but that expired in October. But you’re right, there may be a commercial use Pro subscription that has problems.

Apologies, I did have a later version of sketch up on my desktop and I inadvertently logged in,on my desktop,with an earlier version which seemed to create the issue.I’ve now logged on with a later version and it’s all working fine .
