You’ll need to share the .skp file and some screenshots to show what you are seeing. Describe exactly what you mean by “not working.” Sharing a CAD file isn’t goiing to help us help you.

Opps! I meant to send the SketchUp file but that’s irrelevant because the limit here is 16mb. My render isn’t generating on Vray when I use my gpu, its only running on cpu. And this only started yesterday with the update…

I can post a sc as soon as my render on cpu finishes… lmao 🥲

That doesn’t make it irrelevant. Upload it to DropBox and share the link.

Did you look at the latest Vray system requirements? Are the graphics drivers up to date? Since you need to get the render out soon, maybe you should just do it with the CPU and deal with this issue when you aren’t under pressure.

I knowww thats what I was planning to do but it is soo slow on cpu and I won’t get all of them on time.. I didnt think of the dropbox or the drivers. I will check the drivers now but here is the link in the meantime. Thank you so so much! Good deal.

By the way, it would probably improve rendering speed and other things if you clean up the model. I fixed incorrect tag usage (frankly, I expected more incorrectly tagged geometry) and then reduced the size of the excessively obese textures.

That improved performance on my machine and reduced the file size by better than 35%.

It actually stopped working. I have tried installing the new Nvidia drivers, going back to the old one, downloading the new vray update, going back to the old one.. but nothing. When I render in interactive, it either doesn’t render at all and it remains a black screen or it does very briefly and it says finished. (it wont move with my sketchup and it acts like the actual render) Also this message is constantly showing up:

```auto
Contact Chaos Group Customer Support and share those error messages.
FWIW, I update Vray this morning and have been rendering some of my models. No problem at all.
