I was using sketch pro trial and have now registered and paid for my new account.I downloaded sketch again and I can not seem to open any of my files. Its says l am not authorised> I also seem to have two trimble account not sure why? Please help!!
Sign in with the email address that bought the subscription.
Log out, first. (Help->Signout)

Assuming the one I see is you, one of the accounts, that has the Pro subscription, has a name that ends with PTY LTD. The other named company is the one you did the trial under. The address for the two variations is written in a different way too, but is the same location.
But, you are admin on both, and the subscription is assigned to your email address. Can you say what it is you are doing at the time you see an error, and what exactly the error says?
